Banners and Standards and Flags (Oh no)*

Being an on-going accumulation of all manner of bits-of-cloth-onna-stick, reproduced from several hundred back issues of White Dwarf, product boxes, and anywhere else the Copy-Slaves have found them. (Not original designs of the Widow or her slaves, pets or ambulatory furniture, reproduced out of love and as an insidious plan to facilitate their return to the battlefield, not for profit.) This is a living project, if only because there are hundreds still to scan. Order may occur as the collection grows, or the mood takes us, or if anyone has requests. Credit can be added where it can be found, and maybe even reader submissions. At the moment they are grouped by race/faction. Make Flags Great Again. *May also include pennants.

The man is clearly touched by the spirit of the machine God and is a worthy. Speaking of the beloved of the Machine God, the remastering of the original model image was committed by the no less talented @ArtistsEmpire, as featured in White Dwarf 465, and available for commission on Twitter. Whilst this is an archive of Fantasy/Sci-Fi banners, it feels remiss of us not to draw attention to the various talented banner-makers in the historical market, who sell some truly beautiful items. To that end, we’ll include links to various ones as I come across them.

There are very few guidelines for Ork banner placement (becoz its da boyz innit). There is even evidence of shared Gargant construction, so mixing clans is perfectly acceptable. They are broadly interchangeable with WH40k banners.
